Job Duties:
Food Service Attendants will be responsible for performing a utility food service role at Witham Family Hotels’ properties. Witham operates several different hotel properties, each having different dining options for guests ranging from continental breakfast to full-service restaurants. Depending on the assigned property, duties may vary, and workers may rotate between properties and roles. Although duties may vary, the following is a list of duties that may be assigned depending on venue: greeting customers, setting-up the dining areas, taking and placing guest orders, carrying trays and plates, putting away food deliveries in fridges or freezers, re-stocking food items in kiosks and/or mini-fridges in food-service/lobby areas, serving food and beverages, preparing coffee and occasionally preparing basic cocktails, cleaning and clearing tables, handling cash and interacting with a POS system, vacuuming, wiping down chairs and baseboards, and washing windows if necessary. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 5:00am to 12:00pm, 11:00am to 6:00pm, or 3:00pm to 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary. Please see job description for additional information.
