Job Duties:

Perform routine property and equipment repairs and preventative maintenance on the interior and exterior of building, hotel rooms and contents, laundry and kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating/air conditioning (HVAC) ventilation, water treatment systems and swimming pools.; Replenish supplies in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing waste and ensuring that equipment is prepared and operational for the next shift.; Provide groundskeeping services, such as landscaping and mowing grass; Operates small hand-powered equipment and large mowers with constant awareness of safety standards.

Special Requirements:

Must be able to walk/stand for prolonged periods of time; climb and work from ladder; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, climb or balance 50% of time; carry / Lift /Push/Pull up to 75 lbs. The days and hours of work will vary depending on scheduling but will generally be five (5) days per week with rotating days off. Typical shifts are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm or 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Hours per week will vary with business levels but will generally be 40 hours per week with some occasional overtime. The Otesaga Resort Hotel is open seven (7) days per week and weekend work will be required.
