- Job Duties:
- Cleaning of residential and commercial grounds (lawns and pavement) with use of push blower, brooms, shovel, rake, hand rollers, and small hand tools. Application of pavement seal coat and crack fill material with use of a spray wand. Assist with installation of edging, erosion control, and/or plant materials at finished site. Follow safety standards to maintain safe worksites.

- Special Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older. Must lift/carry up to 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Must be able to perform physical labor outdoors for at least 8 hours per day in all weather conditions, including cold, heat, and rain. Schedule varies. Physically fit to perform the job functions which include standing, squatting, bending, lifting, and walking for long periods of time.
