Job Duties:

Prepare foods and kitchen for the day, prepping food by chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or making sauces; cooking menu items such as sandwiches and salads; serve prepared meals to waitstaff; stocking inventory, cleaning up stations and dishes, throwing away/taking out kitchen trash; operating dishwasher.

Pre-hire background check required; Drug testing during employment for cause. Able to lift 30lbs. Must be able work in standing position for extended periods of time. Monday-Sunday, average of 40 hrs/week. Possible schedule that varies and shifts that vary between 6am and midnight, overtime varies. All drug testing is performed without regard to an employees citizenship or immigration status, and all testing is paid for by the company.
