Job Duties:

Cut away dead or excess branches from trees or shrubs to maintain right of way for roads, sidewalks, or utilities or to improve appearance, health, and value of tree. Clear sites, streets and grounds woody and herbaceous material such as tree stumps and fallen trees and limbs, climb trees, using climbing hooks and belts, or climb ladders to gain access to work areas. Prune or treat trees or shrubs using hand saws, pruning hook, chain saws etc. May use truck mounted lifts, climbing equipment or bucket of extended truck booms and power pruners. Load debris and refuse onto trucks and haul it away, inspect trees to determine if they have disease or pest problems May fill cavities in trees to promote healing and prevent deterioration, cable, brace, transplant, tie, bolt, stake and guy trees and branches to provide support. Clean, sharpen and lubricate tool and equipment. Proper standers of tree work (cuts, species, etc.),

Special Requirements:

WORK MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 50LBS, STOOP, REACH GROUND LEVEL AND OVER HEAD, BEND KNEEL FOR LONG PERIOD OF TIME. ABLE TO WORK IN ALL KIND OF WEATHER AND CONDITIONS (RAIN, COLD, SWAMPY, ETC.). MUST BE ABLE TO GET A DRIVER LICENSE WITHIN 60 DAYS OF BEING HIRED. ONCE HIRED WORKER MAY BE REQUIRED TO TAKE A RANDOM DRUG TEST AT NO COST TO WORKER. TESTING POSITIVE OR FAILURE TO COMPLY WORKER MAY BE SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE TERMINATION MUST HAVE 12 MONTHS TREE TRIMMING AND PRUNING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED WORK WILL BE PAID ON FRIDAY BI- WEEKLY DIRECT DEPOSIT - IF WORKER DOES NOT HAVE A CHECKING ACCOUNT WOREKR WILL RECIEVE A CHECK FOR THE FIRST 30 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT TO ALLOW WORKER TIEM TO SETUP OR HAVE A DIRECT DEPOSIT ACTIVE. Anticipated Days and Hours Work Per Week -The standard work schedule is from 7:00 am until 4:00 pm Monday through Friday; Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary, Employer will offer 35 Hours per work week- Overtime is offered but not guaranteed - Employer may offer more hours than the stated work hours, depending on weather, business needs and other conditions.
