Job Duties:

WR Hospitality LLC, work location Buglin Bull 511 MT Rushmore Rd, Custer SD 57730 needs 7 Temporary full-time Cook positions from 04/01/2024 to 11/01/2024. WASH, PEEL, CUT, SAUTE, BROIL, COOK, FRY SUCH ITEMS AS MEATS, POULTRY, SEAFOOD, VEGETABLES, SOUPS, DESERTS. KEEP ALL KITCHEN AREAS CLEANED, STOCKED AND SANITIZED. Days vary. 35 hours/week. Rotating shifts Monday-Sunday, 8am- 11pm. No experience necessary. $15.38- 18.00/hour depending on experience and performance, OT may be available at $23.07 - 27.00/hour. May get up to 8 hours per week overtime when available. Workers will be paid bi-weekly on Thursday. No minimum education required. On the job training will not be provided. A single work week used for computing wages. Optional housing available, for $84 per week and will be deducted bi-weekly from paycheck. Housing damages subject to be charged/deducted from final check if applicable.. Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least 3/4 of the work days in each 12-week period of the total employment. Employer will make all deductions from workers paycheck required by law. Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. If worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or if the worker is dismissed early, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence provided at a rate of at least $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59 per day with receipts. H2b workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees) by check separate from payroll. Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
