- Job Duties:
- Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Duties include: installing and planting landscape materials including stonework, mowing lawns, trimming of shrubs, weeding beds, planting of trees, shrubs and flowers, watering, fertilizing, and raking/blowing leaves. The word “stonework” involves assisting, under supervision, with installing hard landscape structures like patios and wall using the following materials: blocks, stones and bricks. Tasks may include mixing mortar, shaping stones using hand tools or laying stones. The use of tractors or heavy equipment is not required to perform the job duties

- Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to use small hand tools and train to use ride on lawn mowers. Employer-paid background and drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work and post-hire upon suspicion of use and post-accident. Post-hire background checks may be required of foreign and domestic workers based on contract requirements. Driving is not a requirement of all workers in the position. Workers who drive a company vehicle will drive company field truck (Gross Vehicle Weight being less than 26,001 pounds) to/from specified destinations within area of intended employment, and employer will require that a successful applicant possess or be able to obtain a valid U.S. driver's license, or foreign equivalent. Workdays and Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm (hours & start/end times may vary). Employer will offer at least (no less than) 40 hours per week.
