Job Duties:
***RFI Response*** Spring cleanup includes pruning, edging planting beds and against all hardscapes, raking and removing leaves, removal of all debris from planting beds, preparing garden for new season (fertilize and mulch) and disposing of all accumulated debris. Tools provided are wheelbarrows, rakes, grading rakes, blowers, lawn mowers, lawn edgers, pruners/loppers and hand saws. Fall cleanup includes cutting back perennials, pruning, raking and removing leaves from entire property, cover plants to protect them from cold weather, mow lawn, blow/sweep all hardscape surfaces and disposing of all accumulated debris. Tools provided are wheelbarrows, leaf rakes, grading rakes, blowers, lawn mowers, pruners/loppers and hand saws. ***Original F.a.4*** Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, planting, edging, watering, digging, raking, mulching, and assisting with spring and fall cleanups. Entry level: requires supervision.
