Job Duties:

Communicate with customers regarding orders, comments, and complaints. Prepare daily food items, and cook simple foods and beverages, such as sandwiches, salads, soups, or coffee, using proper safety precautions and sanitary measures. Brew coffee and tea, and fill containers with requested beverages. Wrap items such as sandwiches, hot entrees, prepared foods and desserts/pastries for customers. Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes, to keep equipment and facilities sanitary. Must perform pre and post peak-season cleaning and set up of facility. Gourmet Food Store open 7 days per week. Rotating workdays, shifts and days off. 35 hours per week. Work to occur between 6:00am to 9:00pm. Includes weekends, nights, and holidays.
