- Duties include all aspects of food concession operations: Simple cooking and selling of fair food to customers at festivals and county/state fairs. Take orders from customer, receive payment, and make change. Maintain clean work area. Set up, tear downs concessions. Maintain/repair equipment. Live in shared housing and travel to various work sites.
