- Job Duties:
- Workers will greet customers as they enter the restaurant. Workers will take names of walk-in customers and reservation guests and enter information for seating charts. Host may at times assist other restaurant staff with seating customers or other general customer service matters. Workers will answer phone to handle all customer questions including reservation bookings or menu queries. Host/Hostess may at times perform cleaning or sanitation application to keep host station clean.
