Perform a variety physical and manual labor (break concrete, set up forms, tie rebar, put in baskets, etc.) to prepare concrete pavement for residential or commercial sites. Operate a variety of hand and power tools, heavy machinery or equipment (air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments). Construct and prepare forms for concrete to be poured into place. Fine grade fill to grades given by foreman, supervisor or superintendent. Maintain a clean jobsite and secure the jobsite each day to help eliminate potential hazards. dig shallow trenches of less than 12 inches deep using shovels, so that wet concrete can be poured into area; and set braces. Assist other skilled craftsmen, pump operators, and/or drivers, as needed. May perform other job duties pursuant to 47-2061.00, Construction Laborers.

F.a.5a-F.a.6b: 35+ hours/week. 7-hour shifts between 5:00 am and 7:00 pm. 5 days per week, Mon-Fri. May work evenings, weekends, holidays, as needed. Schedule (including workdays) may vary. May work more than the guaranteed hours. May work overtime. OT varies and must be pre-approved.
F.b.8a: Workers will be paid no less than the wage listed. Employer may pay higher wage rates to workers based on seniority with employer and level of skill. Overtime hours may vary.
F.c.1: The H-2B Temporary Construction Laborers will perform job duties at the following locations owned by Opp Construction: 4111 40th Ave NW, Fargo, ND 58102; and 3625 N Washington Street, Grand Forks, ND 58203 and at multiple worksites within the following counties within the area of intended employment: Cass, Grand Forks, Walsh, Traill and Steele (North Dakota); and Clay, Polk, Norman, Marshall, Becker, Ottertail, Wilkin and Mahnomen (Minnesota).
F.d.1: Employer will provide daily transportation from 4111 40th Ave NW, Fargo, ND 58102 to and from worksites, or employee may report directly to the worksite on their own.
