- PREPARE SIMPLE FOOD ITEMS FROM THE MENU SUCH AS SANDWICHES, SOUPS AND SALADS. OPERATE GRILLS AND FRYERS TO COOK SIMPLE FOOD ITEMS SUCH AS BURGERS AND FRIES. PERFORM A VARIETY OF FOOD PREPARATION DUTIES SUCH AS WASHING, CUTTING AND SLICING MEATS AND VEGETABLES, AND PREPARING SIDES. LABEL AND STOCK INGREDIENTS. MEASURE INGREDIENTS AND SEASONING TO BE USED IN COOKING. CLEAN ALL COUNTERS AND EQUIPMENT AND MAINTAIN A CLEAN AND SANITIZED WORK AREA. WORK SHIFTS OF 8AM-4PM OR 12PM-8PM OR 3PM-11PM. WORKDAYS VARY SUN-SAT
