Job Duties:

Load and unload equipment and materials as required; set ladders, scaffolds and hosts in place for taking supplies and tools onto roofs; remove old roofing materials; sweep and clean roofs in prep for new roofing materials; unroll roofing as directed; provide assistance to skilled roofers installing/repairing roofs, flashing and surfaces to include attaching roofing paper and composition shingles using nails; Clear drains, downspouts and clean roofs and gutters; snow and leaf removal from roofs, gables and gutters; clean equipment, facilities and job sites; collect debris and properly dispose of same; Maintain tools and equipment. Training Provided. Involves loading and unloading tools and supplies and equipment weighing up to 60 lbs. Involves working outdoors in all types of weather. Involves extensive standing, sitting or walking. Involves frequent stooping or bending. Involves repetitive movements.. Post Hire/Employer Paid Background Check Possibility of performance based raise, bonus, overtime and Saturdays as required. Transportation provided to multiple worksites from central location in Sharon, VT. 60 minutes of unpaid breaks throughout the day.
