Job Duties:

Start engines, move throttles, switches, or levers, or depress pedals to operate machines such as trucks, front-end loaders, dozers, graders, compactors, snowblowers, or other pieces of equipment. Operate equipment to demolish or remove debris or to remove snow from streets, roads, parking lots, or construction sites. Learn and follow safety regulations to operate all heavy equipment in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. Perform daily checks to ensure that health and safety standards are met. Repair and maintain equipment, making emergency adjustments or assisting with major repairs as necessary. Keep records of material or equipment usage or problems encountered. Maintain roads and transportation systems to ensure safe roadways within the product while ensuring access to houses, water supply, and waste sites.

The employee must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, grasp, speak, communicate, and see. Manual dexterity and ability to lift loads of 100 pounds is required. Employee will also need to be able to climb up and down a ladder. All employees will be drug tested before hire.
