- Job Duties:
- • Manual labor of removing old roof systems, which includes removal of EPS, ISO, Perlite, Built Up Roofs, EPDM, TPO, PVC, etc. • Installing new roof insulation both flat and tapered along with full roof system assembly that often requires roof decking, drain bowl applications, and primarily commercial flat roof membranes such as EPDM, TPO, PVC, and modified bitumen. • Duties may require repairs to existing roofs including shingles, standing seam metal, pro-panel metal, Built Up Roofs, EPDM, TPO, PVC that will help our customers reduce likelihood of leaks. • Additional requirements include loading of materials & equipment onto roofs as well as following safety requirements of Turner Morris and OSHA
