- Job Duties:
- Inspect guest rooms and assess needs. Clean hotel rooms, make beds, vacuum floors, clean bathrooms, dust fixtures, clean windows, polish furniture and clean all surface areas of the room. Remove trash and soiled laundry. Clean and maintain all hallways, corridors, public restrooms, and other common areas of the hotel. Replenish guest towels, supplies and linens. Restock maid carts. Check television, remotes, HVAC units and fire detectors. Advise maintenance employees regarding any maintenance needs to rooms. Sort soiled laundry. Fold linens. Maintain clean and organized maid carts and storage areas. Workdays vary Sun-Sat.
