Job Duties:

Landscape, plant, repair and maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, pruning, maintaining lawns, trees, shrubs, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, cleaning up and assisting with installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Multiple work sites in Lorain and Cuyahoga Counties. Transportation provided from main site in Westlake to work locations. Monday- Friday,40hrs/week, overtime as needed. Bonus/raises awarded based on merit and/or tenure with employer. If requested, shared accommodation is available at fair market value & wage will be deducted for the reasonable cost of such facility (the lodging may not be employer-owned rather the employer arranges it on behalf of the workers, if needed, and the employee's check will be deducted by max $350/month).
