- Job Duties:
- Set up, operate, and tend to equipment that cooks, mixes, blends for processing ingredients in the manufacturing of food products according to formulas or recipes, using a pedal or an agitator or controlling vats that heat and mix ingredients. Performs various Selling / Customer Service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information, assistance and direction to customers. Demonstrate product to customers. Replenish product on shelves as required per Merchandising guidelines. Remains Product “expert” through ongoing product knowledge training. Responsible for preparation of fudge to include mixing, pouring, and cutting by strictly adhering to recipe guidelines. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety guidelines. Follow proper personal hygiene and sanitation standards as set by health department and Ecosure standards. Follow proper food storage, handling and preparation guidelines. Ensure all guests receive the highest quality food items served from an immaculate kitchen in a timely manner. Assist with "Seasonal" floor merchandise moves. Restock merchandise as required. Keep the work area clean, neat and well stocked with supplies. Operate computerized Point of Sale register system.
