Job Duties:

Landscape work to include but not limited to: Plant, prune, mow & edge lawns & landscape materials using commercial grade mowers, trimmers/edgers and other hand/power tools. Pull weeds/clear leaves/debris as well as snow and ice removal w/blowers, shovels, deicing agents and related equipment as per SOC/OES 37-3011. ASSIST IN THE WINTER MAINTENANCE OF COMMERCIAL PROPERTY CLIENTS BY PERFORMING TASKS THAT INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO DEBRIS CLEAN-UP AND PROPERTY GROUNDS MAINTENANCE INCLUDING SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL FROM WALKWAYS, PARKING LOTS, STOREFRONTS, AND ROADS, USING SHOVELS. SNOW BLOWERS AND MANUAL SALT SPREADERS.
