- WILL TRAIN TO PREPARE, SEASON, AND COOK SOUPS, MEATS, SEAFOOD, POULTRY, VEGETABLES, DESSERTS, AND OTHER FOOD ITEMS IN A RESTAURANT. ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING CLEANLINESS OF THE WORK AREA AND EQUIPMENT. SHIFT REQUIRED TO WORK IS: 4PM-11PM. AT LEAST 35 HOURS PER WEEK, 5 DAYS PER WEEK, DAYS MAY VARY. OVERTIME MAY BE AVAILABLE.
