Job Duties:

Use accepted business practices by achieving standards as provided by the supervisors, the owners and guests. Prepare guestrooms and public areas for use by guests. Provide assistance and courtesy as needed to the guest and staff requests, reinforcing the policy of clean, friendly, comfortable accommodations. Observe strictly the lodges Key control procedures. Provide cleaning and maintenance for interior and exterior of the establishment. Replenish supplies, such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies and bathroom items. Clean rugs, carpets upholstered furniture and draperies, suing vacuum cleaners and shampooers. Observe precautions required to protect hotel and guest property and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors. Maintain accountability for paperwork performed during assigned shifts. Complete paperwork legibly, thoroughly and accurately. Move and arrange furniture and turn mattresses. Replace light bulbs. Request repair services and wait for repair workers to arrive Tools, equipment & supplies: The employer will provide workers with on-the-job training to perform the duties assigned.
