- Job Duties:
- Workers will landscape and maintain the grounds of the property using hand or power tools or equipment, such as wheelbarrows, shovels, picks, and rakes. Workers will perform duties such as laying, seeding, mowing, trimming, planting, weeding, watering, digging holes with shovels, blowing and raking leaves, core aerating, spreading grass seed, fertilizer, and mulch. Workers will be responsible for sprinkler installation and repair, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Workers may drive company vehicles to transport crews, plants, materials, and tools to and from or on worksites.
