Job Duties:
WILL TRAIN TO PERFORM A VARIETY OF FOOD PREPARATION DUTIES OTHER THAN COOKING SUCH AS: PREPARE SANDWICHES, SALADS, WASH, CHOP AND PEEL FRUITS AND VEGETABLES, AND SLICE MEATS. RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING AND MAINTAINING SANITATION OF KITCHEN AND FOOD EQUIPMENT, SANITIZE SURFACES AND TAKE OUT TRASH. SHIFTS REQUIRED TO WORK ARE: 9AM-4PM AND/OR 4PM-11PM. AT LEAST 35 HOURS PER WEEK, 5 DAYS PER WEEK, DAYS AND SHIFTS MAY VARY. OVERTIME MAY BE AVAILABLE.
