Job Duties:
Open and close the store. Prepare the store, inventory, and equipment for customers. Provide customers with exceptional customer service and necessary information regarding products. Utilize product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service to close transactions and create returning customers. Ensure inventory quantity matches store records, that it is stored in a proper manner to avoid damage, and kept organized. Maintain compliance with security procedures. Special Requirements:
Knowledge of: - Diamonds and precious stone valuation (4Cs); - Working with and brands of high-end Swiss watches - Jewelry brands, styles, and fashion trends; - Relevant inventory control and security measures; - Packing and unpacking of expensive merchandise; and - Specialized sales techniques and protocol Will require alternate work days and shifts, always totaling at least 40 hrs/wk. Up to 6 days/wk; shifts will vary between the hours of 6am to 11pm. Sample schedules can include, but are not limited to, the following: Monday through Saturday from 6:00 am to 2:00pm or Tuesday through Sunday from 3:00pm to 11:00pm
