- Job Duties:
- Duties: set & check forms that hold concrete to desired pitch, depth, alignment; spread, level, smooth concrete using rake, shovel, hand/power trowel, hand/power screed & float; monitor how wind, heat, or cold affect expansion joints & edges using clean chipped areas with wire brush & check surface; pour concrete & move chute to direct concrete on forms. No educ./prior wrk exper. required. Emplr provides on-job training in use/mainten. of pwr tools & equip. Wrk M-Fri 7 AM – 3:30 PM, 40 hrs/wk. Variable shifts may be required from 6 am to 4 pm, M-Fri
