- Job Duties:
- Set up cook stations for Saute, Middle, and Grill, including pulling ingredients; Prepare ingredients, including washing, peeling, chopping, mixing, and measuring; Cook orders on demand for each ticket sent to station, including seafood, meat, soups, salads, pastas, tacos, burgers, and sides; Portion, arrange, and garnish food; Rotate line with fresh product, checking for quality; Wash dishes for station close down; and Deep clean station to prepare for next shift. *NOTE F.A.5 (WORK SCHEDULE BELOW) - OPEN 7 DAYS PER WEEK. VARIED SHIFT SCHEDULE WITH POTENTIAL SHIFTS SUNDAY THROUGH SATURDAY, WITH TYPICAL SHIFTS BEING EITHER 8:00AM-3:00PM or 3:00PM-11:00PM. HOURS AND SHIFTS MAY VARY WITH OCCUPANCY. MINIMUM 35 HOURS PER WEEK GUARANTEED. OVERTIME MAY BE AVAILABLE BUT IS NOT GUARANTEED.
