Job Duties:

Duties include: Rental Car cleaning: vacuuming and shampooing interior rugs; auto glass cleaning, exterior car wash and waxing; general workplace upkeep and cleaning; $18.44/hour, 35-40 hrs/wk. Overtime at $27.66/hr. may be possible, but it is not guaranteed. Dates of employment from 04/01/2024 to 10/18/2024, 5-6 shifts per week, 7am to 2pm and 2pm to 9pm, but may vary, 5 days per wk, Monday through Sunday. Must be available on weekends and holidays. *Employer will not provide but will assist the employees in finding appropriate housing if needed; Rent will be approximately $200.00 per week, utilities included; The employer will use a single workweek to compute wages due and workers will be paid on each Friday, by check. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the work location. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s most reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.46 p/day during travel to a maximum of $59 p/day with receipts. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. H-2B workers will be provided with reimbursement by company check during the first workweek for visa, visa processing and related costs, except passport costs.
