Job Duties:

22 Temporary full time Food Server positions. Dates of need: 4/01/2024 through 10/31/2024. Serve guests food and beverages. Presents menu, take orders, serves food and beverages to guests. Accepts payments, uses a POS system to order and print out tickets. Brew coffee, ladle soup, tosses salads, portions desserts. Hourly wage $5.40/hr plus tips not to go below $13.27/hr, may get overtime when available at $19.91/hr. Paid bi-weekly. Rotating shifts 7am-10pm Days vary Monday - Sunday. Must work weekends & holidays. Must be able to work rotating shifts within 6am to 10pm. May get up to 10 hours/week overtime when available. A single workweek will be used to compute wages. Only deductions required by law will be deducted from workers paychecks. Optional housing is employee only shared housing is available at $110.77 per week deducted bi-weekly at $221.54 from paycheck. A refundable deposit of 240.00 will be deducted bi-weekly from paycheck over three pay periods and refunded pun completion of contract and housing inspection. On the job training will not be provided. Temporary full time employment. Paid bi-weekly on Fridays. All tools, supplies, and equipment will be provided to workers at no charge. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visas, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will Reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence. Travel will be reimbursed for meals and lodging at a cost of $15.46 day up to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
