Job Duties:

Help concrete finishers by performing duties requiring less skill. Duties include using, supplying, or holding materials or tools, and cleaning work area and equipment. Adhere to company comprehensive project safety and security programs as defined in the company safety program in accordance with all applicable safety codes and regulations. Meet with safety coordinator and complete mandatory Franjo construction safety training prior to start of employment.

Special Requirements:

Must be able to operate walk behind/ride-on finish machines. Must have industry related knowledge of commonly used concrete finishing tools and methods. Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test screening. These tests will be administered to all applicants, U.S., and foreign national workers, alike. Any employee who does not pass these tests will be terminated or placed on probation. Random drug tests also administered throughout employment term.
