Job Duties:

Take orders and serve food and beverages to members at dining tables in restaurant and patio. Follow up with club members to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct problems. Check members’ ID to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcohol. Ensure all members’ receipts are processed. Prepare appropriate food and beverages as required in each outlet. Prepare tables, action stations, buffets, beverage stations. Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen. Clear tables after each course. Respond to and try to fulfill any special arrangements. Replenish service items to ensure consistency and readiness in service. Monitor tableware to ensure it is presentable to guests. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas. Bus tables by removing and separating tableware, plates, glassware, and flatware. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager, and complete necessary safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all members and guests, anticipate and address members’ and guests’ service needs, and thank members and guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 30 pounds without assistance.
