Job Duties:

Will perform general duties required by groundskeepers: Maintenance and upkeep of all grounds, including plants, trees, golf course maintenance (greens, fairways, etc.) drives, walkways, ponds, irrigation systems, trash and Recycling. Will Perform cutting, trimming, seeding, irrigation and chemical application of all lawn areas, flower bed areas/planting areas. Cleaning up debris, snow and ice removal, spreading of sand and ice melt; including repair of all walkways, trails, drives and parking areas. Perform tree maintenance, including trimming, removal and irrigation. Perform maintenance, repairs and winterization of irrigation systems. Perform maintenance of landscaping equipment and tools. Workers stay at ground level, and use chain saws, limb clippers or other necessary equipment to keep trees/landscaping tidy and clean. They do no use ladders or go up into the trees.

Must lift up to 100lbs. Requires physical activity for extended periods of time. Workers scheduled for one 8 hour shift per day between 5AM-6PM, Sunday-Saturday with 1-2 days off per week. Employment Contingent on Criminal Background Check.
