Job Duties:

Responsible for preparing customer menu orders according to the restaurant’s recipe guidelines. This may include working on the garde manger, grill, saute, fryer, expo, or prep stations. At times, this may also include duties to wash dishes, clean kitchen station and ensure a sanitary work environment through safe food practices. Will report directly to the Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager at the assigned property. Worksite is in Panama City Beach, FL. Travel throughout this area is required. Work schedule can vary and can include evening and weekend hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Work hours are from 4:30am to Midnight and vary depending on restaurant need.

Special Requirements:

Six (6) months of experience in a restaurant line cook role is required. Successful applicant must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Work hours are from 4:30am to Midnight and vary depending on restaurant need.
