Job Duties:

• Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items • Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served. • Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes • Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period. • Portions food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications. • Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment. • Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes. • Handles, stores and rotates all products properly. • Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.

Special Requirements:

Able to lift up to 50 lbs.; can push, pull, grasp, lift, kneel, stoop, climb, balance, crouch, crawl and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time Employer will offer at least 35 hours of work per week, Sunday through Saturday, starting as early as 7:00 AM and ending as late as 11:00 PM, with varying days off. Daily work times and hours will vary depending on staffing needs. Workers must be available to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
