- WILL TRAIN TO PREPARE, SEASON, AND COOK SOUPS, MEATS, SEAFOOD, POULTRY, VEGETABLES, DESSERTS, AND OTHER FOOD ITEMS IN A RESTAURANT TO THE SPECIFICATIONS OF THE CHEF. MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS OF THE KITCHEN AND EQUIPMENT. SHIFTS REQUIRED TO WORK ARE: 9AM-4:30PM AND/OR 3PM-11PM. AT LEAST 39 HOURS PER WEEK, 5 DAYS PER WEEK, DAYS AND SHIFTS MAY VARY. OVERTIME MAY BE AVAILABLE.
