Job Duties:

The primary responsibility of the Workers will be cleaning and maintaining the kitchen area at a restaurant. This may include washing dishes, countertops, floors, etc. This position may also include sorting/moving dishes, food utensils, or food containers before or after use. Workers are responsible maintaining a professional level of cleanliness in the kitchen that adheres to all applicable guidelines and regulations. Workers can expect an up-tempo work environment during peak operating hours, to include prolonged periods walking or standing. The Workers must be able to lift, carry, and place up to 60 pounds at a time and bend, stoop, and wipe frequently. Working conditions may be hot and damp, as is natural in a kitchen setting, and workers must be able to fully submerse their hands in hot water as necessary to clean items. The workers must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.

Workers will generally work from EITHER 7:00am - 3:30pm 9:00am - 5:30pm OR 2:00 - 10:30pm. Days/Shifts will vary, but workers can expect between 35 and 40 hours per week. Overtime may be offered in addition to schedule/hours noted.
