- Job Duties:
- WILL TRAIN TO PREPARE, SEASON AND COOK SOUPS, MEATS, SEAFOOD, POULTRY, VEGETABLES, DESSERTS, AND OTHER FOOD ITEMS IN A YACHT CLUB RESTAURANT. ATTENDS TO THE DETAIL AND PRESENTATION OF EACH ORDER. ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING CLEANLINESS OF THE WORK AREA AND EQUIPMENT. MUST BE ABLE TO STAND FOR 8-10 HOURS AND CARRY UP TO 25LB. SHIFTS REQUIRED TO WORK ARE: 6AM-3PM, 10AM-6PM, 12PM-11PM, AND/OR 2PM-11PM. 40 HOURS PER WEEK, 5 DAYS PER WEEK, DAYS AND SHIFTS MAY VARY. OVERTIME MAY BE AVAILABLE.
