- WILL TRAIN TO PREPARE, SEASON, AND COOK SOUPS, MEATS, SEAFOOD, POULTRY, VEGETABLES, DESSERTS, AND OTHER FOOD ITEMS IN A RESTAURANT. MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS OF THE WORK AREA AND EQUIPMENT. SHIFTS REQUIRED TO WORK ARE: 7AM-3PM, AND/OR 2PM-10PM. 40 HOURS PER WEEK, 5 DAYS PER WEEK, DAYS AND SHIFTS MAY VARY. OVERTIME MAY BE AVAILABLE.
