- Operate Concessions: Prepare, take, display, and sell food to customers. Accept money and give change to customers. Clean and sanitize trailers daily. Do daily inventory on stock in food trailers. Assist in assembly of equipment. Operate rides and concessions. Assist in washing and removal of equipment after shows.
