- Job Duties:
- The Paving Crew Laborer will be primarily responsible for shoveling and raking asphalt and general labor related to asphalt construction. Specific duties include: Compliance with safety rules and work in a safe manner. Assist asphalt paving crew in installing hot mix asphalt to the specifications required by the job. Adhere to quality standards. Assist with routine daily maintenance and clean-up. Must be able to lift and carry heavy loads, step up and down, and perform manual labor tasks.
