- Job Duties:
- Lawn Maintenance: Mow lawns, trim grass, and edge along sidewalks, paths, and flower beds to maintain an attractive and uniform appearance. Planting and Landscaping: Plant, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation. Leaf and Debris Removal: Collect and dispose of leaves, branches, and other debris to keep outdoor spaces clean and hazard-free. Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment, such as lawnmowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, and power tools. They ensure that equipment is in good working order. Driving of company truck to deliver equipment and materials.

- Operational Skills: Ability to safely operate and maintain various groundskeeping equipment, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools. Landscaping Knowledge: Basic understanding of landscaping principles, including planting, weeding, and mulching. Physical Fitness: Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and prolonged periods of outdoor work in various weather conditions. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure precise and neat work in lawn mowing, edging, and trimming. Time Management: Efficient time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated time frames. Safety Awareness: Adherence to safety protocols and awareness of potential hazards associated with groundskeeping activities. Communication Skills: Basic communication skills to interact with supervisors and team members Reliability: Dependability and commitment to consistent attendance and punctuality. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, particularly when collaborating on larger landscaping projects. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing work conditions and priorities.
