Job Duties:

Clean warehouse, using push brooms, mops, wet and dry vacuum cleaners, and gas-powered blowers. Move boxes of goods (under 50 lbs.) and hand tools. Load and unload trucks by hand (Boxes under 50 lbs. and hand tools). Prep. landscape customer’s job sites by clearing obstacles and hazards by sweeping and using gas powered blowers from roads, parking lots, outdoor areas. Perform landscape site cleanup by picking up trash and sweeping. Snow remediation duties by applying Salt to sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots; and snow removal duties on sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots using hand shovels, brooms, and blowers. Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather and conditions. Ability to stoop, bend, kneel for extended periods of time. May drive company pickup and occasionally towing a small trailer (under 26,000 lbs. combined weight) to transport work crew, materials, and tools to/from or at worksites. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be available to work a flexible schedule-some evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed. Minimum 35 hours per week up to possible 40 hours per week. Open 5 days a week. Normal shift: Monday thru Thursday: 6:00am – 4:30 pm. with a half hour unpaid break. Work days and shift time may vary with weather. 20.22/hr. Employer may increase wage based on experience, changes in market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours in a workweek; 12 hours in a workday; and after 12 consecutive hours without regard to the starting and ending time of the workday. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $30.33/hr. based on locality the work is performed and the base rate of pay offered per hour. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Pay received weekly. Employer will provide worker at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform job. Employer will assist worker in finding appropriate affordable housing. Daily transportation provided from main worksite in Denver County to additional worksites located in Arapahoe, Adams, Jefferson, Douglas, Elbert, and Denver Counties, CO and the Denver, Aurora, and Lakewood MSA, CO.

Post-employment criminal background check and pre-employment drug test required, cost paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, US and foreign/H2B. Must be able to work a 5-day schedule, including weekends and holidays as required. Applicant must complete an employment application. Workers that drive company vehicles must be able to obtain a US drivers license.
