- Prepare daily food items, and cook simple foods and beverages, such as sandwiches, salads, soups, pizza, or desserts, using proper safety precautions and sanitary measures. Portion and wrap food, or place it directly on plates for service to campers. Clean, and organize equipments, utensils, work areas, service, and kitchen areas. Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage.
