Job Duties:

The worker will perform landscaping or maintaining the grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment such as lawnmowers, shovels, rakes, hedge or brush trimmers, axes, pruners, and leaf blowers. The worker may operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, chainsaws, electric clippers, sod cutters, pruning, trimming, weeding, mulching, or pruning saws. The landscaping or maintaining the grounds of property includes the following tasks: sod laying, edging, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, weeding, mulching, fertilizing, digging, raking, and sprinkler installation. The worker will prune or trim trees, shrubs or hedges using shears, pruners or chain saws. The worker may also clean up the property area with a backpack or street blower.

Special Requirements:

Driver's license of class C or foreign equivalent Require three (3) months of related experience. Drivers License of Class C or equivalent foreign category is required. Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) lbs. throughout the day. The employer provides training on the job.
