- Job Duties:
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, or silverware. Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning. Load dishes, glasses, and tableware into dishwashing machines. Wash, peel, and cut various foods, such as fruits and vegetables, to prepare for cooking or serving. Package take-out foods or serve food to customers. Operate cash register, handle money, and give change to patrons.
