- Job Duties:
- Offer exceptional service to our guests in our fine-dining dinner restaurant banquet venues, coffee shop, and other guest venues. Greet and communicate to patrons, take orders, enter orders in the POS systems, cash handling and proper sales documenting, maintain stock of foods and drinks, and maintain a professional demeanor and always complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner. Service from service bar expected. Set and clear tables for service, maintaining sanitation and cleanliness standards. May include some outdoor venue service. Shifts vary and range from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, or 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. 35 hours per week. Overtime may be available but is not guaranteed. Business is open 7 days per week. Workdays and shift times will vary. Shifts vary based on occupancy and scheduled events. Holiday and weekend shifts are required. Guaranteed $12.68 per hour for tipped position. Base rate $6.00/hour plus tips with guarantee of $12.68 per hour and $14.60 per hour for OT when available.

- Must 3 months food service experience. Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs, to walk and stand through the duration of shift, and to lift and carry a service tray complete with dishes. Must be at least 21 years of age.
