Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units.

Workers may be required to work outdoors in variable weather conditions and should have appropriate clothing. Worker must possess requisite physical strength and endurance to repeat the process throughout the workday. Workers must work at a sustained, vigorous pace and make bona fide efforts to work efficiently and consistently that are reasonable under the climatic and other working conditions. Worker must be able to use and operate power tools and equipment. Full Season Commitment: The job offered requires that the worker be available for work every day that work is available for the full period of employment. The worker agrees to be available for work and perform the assigned work for the assigned employer whenever work is available through the full period of employment.
