- Duties may include but are not limited to the following: Assist foreman by laying out tools & forming materials. Assist in cutting, tying, securing, and hauling reinforcement bar. Assist in placing/pouring concrete, level concrete with a shovel or concrete rake, finish concrete. Assist in concrete form assemble.
