Job Duties:
Perform Supervisory duties in the Food & Beverage Department ensuring the front of house (FOH) staff execute the daily outlet requirements. This role reports to the F&B Manager and may be inclusive of attending the weekly F&B meetings regarding scheduled events and activities. Provide dining and event services that may include fine dining, casual dining, and banquet events. Ability to effectively use a Point-of-Sale operating system. Collect payments from customers, make reservations, greet, seat, and take orders from guests. Set up dining or event areas which may include moving tables and chairs. This role may also perform food preparation duties such as preparing salads, appetizers, and cold dishes. This position will also perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of food & beverage outlet floors. Additional requirements include but not limited to preparing checks, itemizing, and totaling meal costs and taxes, removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters, rolling silverware, and setting up food stations, serving food and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests. EMPLOYER WILL OFFER A MINIMUM OF 35 HOURS PER WEEK. OPEN 7-DAYS A WEEK (HOLIDAYS INCLUDED). SHIFT SCHEDULE START AND END TIMES AND DAYS OFF VARY DEPENDING ON WORK DEMAND. PLEASE NOTE: UNDER THE ANTICIPATED DAYS AND HOURS OF WORK PER WEEK, WE PROVIDED AN EXAMPLE OF A WORK SCHEDULE. OUR BUSINESS IS OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK, SO THE DAYS AND HOURS WORKED WILL VARY.
