Job Duties:

Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the interior and exterior property, change out trash receptacles when full, sweep/mop floors, clean bathrooms, mow or trim lawns or shrubbery, keep grounds clear of debris/trash, complete minor repairs of displays, fixtures, interior/exterior portions of building and/or equipment, scrape/paint interior and exterior as needed, follow proper safety and sanitation procedures as required by Anderson’s Market & Health Department at all times, help promote a healthy and safe work environment.

Special Requirements:

Must be able to walk/stand for prolonged periods of time; must be able to lift up to 50 # The specific days and hours of work will vary depending on scheduling and the level of business at the Market but will generally be 5 days per week with rotating days off with 2 shifts available; 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm or 4:00 pm to close. Approximately 40 hours per week with some overtime possible, with 10 hours per week maximum. The business is open 7 days per week, weekend and holiday work will be required.
